Punk Goes Reggae Goes Stoopid

Punk Goes Reggae Goes Stoopid

A conglomerate of sound, Slightly Stoopid is the perfect mix of modern reggae with the Punk/Folk vibe and a hint of that Blues drip that is definitely something you’ve heard someone playing a festival one time or another. While listening you might catch a healthy portion of something similar to Sublime and that’s probably because they were discovered by frontman Bradley Nowell and signed to his label Skunk Records while they’re we’re still in high school. Together since 1994, Slightly has maintained an individualistic sounds as they experimented overtime that can only be explained by the music itself.

If you’re an admirer of artists that adapt with time, listen to a few of my favored songs or if you’re feeling EXTRA adventurous they will be headlining at Nelson’s Ledges this weekend!
